Introspect Mental Health is pleased to offer Yoga! We emphasize mental health support over conventional fitness routines. Choose between in-person or virtual sessions.

Yoga is a powerful practice that integrates movement, breath work, and mindfulness to promote healing and overall well-being.  Yoga is especially beneficial for those dealing with trauma, depression, and anxiety. The practice offers gentle techniques that support emotional regulation, resilience, and nervous system balance.

You will develop an understanding of the mind-body connection by combining breath-centered movement, meditation, and mindfulness. You will learn how to release stored tension, cultivate self-awareness, and develop coping strategies for emotional well-being. 

Yoga is for every BODY, regardless of physical limitations, emotional imbalances, or chronic conditions. We will create a compassionate, supportive space where students can safely explore their practice, cultivate inner peace, and restore harmony in their lives.

Classes are 25.00 per person.

In person at our White Bear Lake office & virtual. In person spots are limited.
